Inspection and Quality Control – FOB

Working Schedule

• Monday – Friday: Full Day
• Saturday: Half Day
• Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:00
• Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00

Job purpose

• • Responsible for inspecting and controlling the quality of materials purchased by the procurement team for FOB shipments.
  • Ensure that the quality of goods strictly matches the official quality inspection reports issued by the employee.
  • Support quality consistency across suppliers and ensure goods meet company and customer standards before loading to bonded warehouses.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Quality Inspection

• • Conduct daily inspection of goods quality as per plan provided by the procurement team.
  • Check goods based on required specifications: grade, moisture, defects, size, infestation, foreign materials, color, etc.
  • Verify that all inspected lots meet customer and company quality standards.
  • Document findings in inspection forms with accuracy and transparency.

2. Quality Compliance & Reporting

• • Report directly to Quality Management on inspection results and any quality deviations.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System and standard procedures.
  • Record issues, defects, and non-conformities with supporting evidence (photos, samples, reports).

3. Coordination & Process Control

• • Coordinate with Procurement, QA, and Supplier teams to resolve non-conformities.
  • Work together with suppliers to maintain the required quality level.
  • Follow up with suppliers on rework, replacement, or corrective action if needed.

4. Shipment Monitoring (FOB)

• • Follow and supervise loading operations from supplier factory to the bonded warehouse.
  • Ensure correct quantity, correct batch, and correct quality are loaded as approved.
  • Maintain transparency and accuracy from inspection until the goods are handed over.

5. Additional Responsibilities

• • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager or Quality Management team.
  • Support audits, evaluations, and supplier verification when required.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• • High school graduate or above. Experience in QA/QC, manufacturing, agricultural commodities, or cashew field is an advantage.
  • Basic English communication.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to identify cashew defects and common quality issues is a plus.
  • Must be able to travel frequently for goods inspection trips.
  • Preference for male candidates due to frequent travel and field work.
  • Living in Binh Phuoc is an advantage (required to visit office about once per week—typically Saturday—or when needed).
