JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Business Development
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers to achieve expected sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape.
- Identify suitable services and solutions to attract and satisfy potential customers.
- Generate new business opportunities by approaching strategic prospects.
- Develop strong value propositions aligned with target markets and customer segments.
2. Sales Execution
- Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate sales activities in compliance with customer contract terms.
- Prepare production allocation plans and coordinate order distribution to the Production Department.
- Work closely with related departments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor customer receivables regularly and ensure timely payment.
- Conduct business trips and regular customer visits to increase sales revenue.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance to management.
3. Sales Data Analysis & Raw Material Procurement * Coordinate and evaluate sales cycle activities.
- Analyze performance indicators to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Analyze and forecast customer demand to plan effective raw material procurement.
- Manage inventory and ensure sufficient raw materials to support business operations.
- Propose and implement solutions to handle long-term inventory issues.
- Use the ERP system to track sales performance and perform related tasks.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Take care of and support customers throughout the cooperation process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the QC Department to resolve customer complaints.
- Identify opportunities to expand and develop customer accounts.
II. REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales (steel, metal processing, or suppliers to Our company is preferred).
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to identify and approach potential customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills; willing to learn.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Our company Electronics or steel processing companies is an advantage.
