Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy & Team Leadership
- Develop and execute IT recruitment strategy (Dev, QA, BA, PM, Tech Lead)
- Supervise HR team performance
- Review hiring decisions & join key interviews
- Coach and develop HR team members
2. Employee Relations & Crisis Management
- Proactively detect and resolve HR risks
- Handle complex employee disputes
- Conduct root-cause analysis on retention/performance issues
- Strengthen communication between leadership and staff
- Develop retention & culture initiatives
3. HR Operations & Legal Compliance
- Oversee labor contracts, payroll, insurance & PIT compliance
- Ensure full compliance with Vietnam Labor Law
- Optimize HR operational cost & workflow
4. Performance & Organizational Development
- Design performance management framework for software company
- Build systematic HR processes
- Develop career path & succession planning
- Employer branding initiatives
5. HR Analytics
- Provide HR metrics & reporting
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to BOD
