Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Strategy & Team Leadership

  • Develop and execute IT recruitment strategy (Dev, QA, BA, PM, Tech Lead)
  • Supervise HR team performance
  • Review hiring decisions & join key interviews
  • Coach and develop HR team members

2. Employee Relations & Crisis Management

  • Proactively detect and resolve HR risks
  • Handle complex employee disputes
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on retention/performance issues
  • Strengthen communication between leadership and staff
  • Develop retention & culture initiatives

3. HR Operations & Legal Compliance

  • Oversee labor contracts, payroll, insurance & PIT compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with Vietnam Labor Law
  • Optimize HR operational cost & workflow

4. Performance & Organizational Development

  • Design performance management framework for software company
  • Build systematic HR processes
  • Develop career path & succession planning
  • Employer branding initiatives

5. HR Analytics

  • Provide HR metrics & reporting
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations to BOD
