Our client specializes in slitting, cutting, and trading various steel coils such as pre-painted, electro-galvanized, galvanized, cold-rolled steel, PO steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, etc.
The factory is located in Phu My 2 Industrial Cluster, Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province), Vietnam
Job Description
- Track and manage customer records under responsibility
- Receive and process customer orders
- Enter order data into the system
- Monitor production orders to meet delivery schedules
- Control and reconcile accounts receivable on a weekly basis
- Receive customer feedback and provide customer care
- Manage orders and related documentation
- Support sales-related tasks
Job Requirements
- College degree or higher in a relevant major
- Proficiency in Chinese (4 skills – able to interpret/translate); English is a plus
- Good proficiency in Word and Excel
- Able to work independently; quick, proactive, and flexible
- Honest, enthusiastic, and responsible
- Age: under 38
Other Information
- Probation period: 2 months
- Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Saturday support if required)

Additional Information
- The current sales team includes 2 market development sales and 4 sales admins.
- This position reports directly to a Vietnamese Sales Manager.
- Social insurance contribution is based on the total agreed salary and includes health insurance.
- This position is entitled to 13th-month salary and an annual bonus (depending on business performance).
- Transportation allowance for customer visits and company car for business trips are provided.
- Interview process: 2 rounds – Round 1 online, Round 2 face-to-face at the factory.
- Age range: 22–38
- Required experience: Minimum 2 years
- Main recruitment challenge: The factory is located in Phu My (Ba Ria – Vung Tau), so candidates must be willing to commute daily via the company shuttle bus.
