Business Analyst

Location: Onsite – Ocean Park, Gia Lâm (Hà Nội)

Duration: 5 months contract

English: NOT required

Working time: Mon - Friday 8h30 - 17h30 and 02 Satureday in a month

Requirements

• 3–7 years of BA experience in mobile app, automotive, retail, or commercial domains
• Strong knowledge of BRD, Functional Requirement Specs and Software Requirement Specs
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL (for data validation)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong documentation and analytical skills

Responsibilities / Additional Skills

• Analyze business requirements and write BRD, User Stories, Functional documents, Test cases, and user guides
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (business & IT)
• Knowledge of systems such as Salesforce, SAP
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL
• Requirement management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in super app, fintech, or large-scale consumer apps
• Knowledge of Agile practices beyond BA (QA/UAT or product management support)
• Experience working on mass-user products (web/mobile)
• Experience using tools: Excel, Jira, Confluence, Figma
