Working Conditions

• Duration: 4 months (with possibility of extension)
• Working model: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Support remediation work for:
  • HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
  • SAM (Software Asset Management)
  • CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
  • Discovery
  • ACC (Agent Client Collector)
• These modules are already implemented, but there is a list of issues that need to be resolved.

Required Skills & Experience (MUST-HAVE)

• Strong hands-on experience across:
  • CMDB
  • HAM Pro
  • SAM Pro
  • Discovery
  • Agent Client Collector (ACC)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript
• Experience creating and maintaining:
  • Business Rules
  • Script Includes
  • Client Scripts
  • UI Policies
  • UI Actions
  • GlideRecord queries
• Ability to build workflows and automation using:
  • Flow Designer
  • Scripted REST APIs
  • IntegrationHub
• Skilled in:
  • Debugging
  • Optimizing scripts
  • Following ServiceNow best practices
• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience
