Senior ServiceNow Developer
Working Conditions

Key Responsibilities
- Support remediation work for:
- HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
- SAM (Software Asset Management)
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Discovery
- ACC (Agent Client Collector)
- These modules are already implemented, but there is a list of issues that need to be resolved.
Required Skills & Experience (MUST-HAVE)
- Strong hands-on experience across:
- CMDB
- HAM Pro
- SAM Pro
- Discovery
- Agent Client Collector (ACC)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript
- Experience creating and maintaining:
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- UI Actions
- GlideRecord queries
- Ability to build workflows and automation using:
- Flow Designer
- Scripted REST APIs
- IntegrationHub
- Skilled in:
- Debugging
- Optimizing scripts
- Following ServiceNow best practices
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience
