Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the design of user interfaces, user experiences, and graphic design elements for our digital products. You will collaborate with a team of UI/UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance the overall experience of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

User-Centered Design:

• Translate high-level requirements into well-considered wireframes, and develop these into highly intuitive and compelling user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather valuable insights and understand user needs.

User Interface & Graphic Design:

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual design language, systems, and frameworks.
• Design high-quality user interfaces and graphic assets that align with the product design language and project objectives.
• Produce visual content, including icons, illustrations, and other graphic design materials to support the overall product.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of designs meets specifications.

Interaction Design:

• Define and design interactions and animations that enhance the user experience.
• Ensure smooth navigation and intuitive user journeys across all digital products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints, developing innovative design solutions.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles and provide design guidance throughout the development process.

Prototyping and Testing:

• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs for the best user experience.

Design Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain design documentation, including design specifications, style guides, and design assets for development teams.
• Ensure organized design files and version control, making sure all stakeholders have access to up-to-date assets.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing work related to software for productivity and graphic design.
• Domain knowledge of CRM and productivity systems (PowerBI, Visualization, etc.).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.).
• High proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
