Business Analyst (Mid / Senior)

Requirements

• At least 3 years of BA experience for Middle level, 4 years for Senior level
• Prefer candidates with experience working in product companies
• Experience working on large-scale systems with a high and stable number of users (prefer products already launched to the market)
• Experience participating in full-cycle product development or developing a new feature from scratch, including:
  • Market research
  • Competitor analysis (both domestic and international)
• Experience working directly with end users
• Strong knowledge of business documentation: SRS, BRD
• Ability to create mockups and prototypes
• Technical background with understanding of system design documents and API documentation
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
• Prefer candidates with international certifications such as CCBA or CBAP
