AI Product Manager - VCC
Responsibilities
1. AI Ideation & Strategic Workshops
- Organize and facilitate ideation and brainstorming sessions with senior leadership teams to demonstrate the potential of AI solutions across Finance, Procurement, and Inventory Management.
- Present innovative use cases and articulate how AI can drive transformation and measurable value within these core business functions.
2. AI Roadmap Execution & Interdisciplinary Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Engineers, ERP specialists, and Finance subject matter experts, to build and execute a comprehensive AI transformation roadmap.
- Translate strategic objectives into structured execution plans with clear milestones, KPIs, and ownership.
- Ensure alignment between AI initiatives and overall business objectives, prioritizing high-impact use cases for successful delivery.
3. Development Oversight & Change Management
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered automation solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT security, cybersecurity, audit, risk, and governance standards.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and implement structured change management strategies to maximize user adoption and business impact.
Requirements
Experience
- 6–10+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or AI Product roles.
- Proven track record in delivering AI-driven automation solutions within Enterprise Finance environments.
- Hands-on exposure to FinTech AI solutions and services is an added advantage.
- Experience working within structured, governance-driven organizations is preferred.
Technical & Domain Expertise
- Strong understanding of:
- Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), workflow automation, and AI agents
- ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and financial data structures
- Enterprise system integrations and APIs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern architecture patterns.
- Solid understanding of risk control, audit requirements, compliance, and data governance within Finance.
Leadership & Communication
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly at senior leadership level.
- Proven ability to conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership potential to build, scale, and manage a small, high-performing team.
