Key Responsibilities

EDI Integration Design

Design end-to-end EDI solutions using platforms like Cleo, Gentran, or Sterling

Define mapping for X12 transactions: 850, 855, 810, 856, 860, 875, 880, 940, 945

Configure ISA/GS envelopes, control numbers, and acknowledgements (997/TA1)

Lead partner onboarding and ensure compliance with companion guides

Ensure production readiness including data validation and integrity checks

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary JDE technical lead in client discussions

Coordinate with US-based stakeholders, SMEs, and trading partners

Lead workshops, decision-making sessions, and design reviews

Manage risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies

Technical Leadership

Guide JDE consultants and EDI developers

Identify gaps in IDS, mappings, and business rules

Develop technical documentation (solution design, gap analysis)

Contribute to reusable frameworks and best practices

Required Skills & Expertise

EDI & Integration

X12 Transactions: 850, 855, 810, 856, 860, 875, 880, 940, 945

Companion Guides interpretation (Walmart, Whole Foods, etc.)

EDI platforms: Cleo, Gentran, IBM Sterling, SPS Commerce

Partner onboarding, acknowledgements, envelope setup

Experience & Qualifications

10–12 years overall IT experience in JD Edwards

Minimum 5 years in EDI integrations

Experience leading at least one end-to-end EDI implementation

Strong exposure to US clients and multi-stakeholder programs

Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering (preferred)
