Salesforce Architect

Core Responsibilities

-Own the architecture and technical direction of the Salesforce instance

-Lead Salesforce platform setup, configuration, and customization

-Develop and maintain custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and

SOQL/SOSL queries as needed

-Enforce best practices across development, security, data modeling, and deployment

-Manage integrations between Salesforce and existing internal systems

-Advise on Salesforce roadmap, feature adoption, and platform optimization

-Provide technical oversight on any Salesforce related initiatives, including data

migration, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and third party app integrations

-Document architecture decisions, data models, and integration patterns

Required Experience

-5+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience

-Proven track record of launching and managing Salesforce environments end to end

-Deep expertise in Salesforce platform: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud

-Strong development skills: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL

-Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools)

-Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and governor limits

-Familiarity with CI/CD for Salesforce (SFDX, Copado, Gearset, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

-Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect

-Experience in automotive, dealership, or SaaS verticals

-Experience transitioning Salesforce management from an external SI to in house

-Familiarity with Agile delivery and working embedded within engineering teams"
