Technical Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage project activities including scope, timeline, resources, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with business, development, infrastructure, QA teams, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Facilitate key project meetings (kick-off, sprint planning, status updates, steering committees).
- Ensure clear and effective communication of project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.
- Maintain high-quality project and technical documentation, including:
- Project plans and timelines
- Meeting minutes
- Risk and issue logs
- System/architecture flow diagrams
- Work closely with technical teams to review solution design, validate requirements, and identify gaps or risks.
- Coordinate testing (SIT/UAT) and ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Manage release and deployment coordination, ensuring readiness across environments (Dev, SIT, UAT, Prod).
- Prepare regular reporting (status, metrics, delivery performance, and improvement recommendations).
Mandatory
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders and vendors.
- 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in IT or digital/technology projects.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and system design, including:
- Backend–frontend interactions
- API and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, event-driven)
- Data flows and system dependencies
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and validate with engineering teams.
- Familiarity with databases (relational/NoSQL) and basic query concepts.
- Ability to review technical design documents and identify risks, gaps, and dependencies.
